H60 on a GPU, and should i OC the CPU?

so i'm having a problem with my GTX 760, it's a blower style and reaches 81c very quickly and in any demanding game, and because of this, any overclock i try to give it is denied by the heat as the GPU throttles back to stock-ish.

i'm wondering what can i do to cool it, and my 2 options were an aftermarket GPU cooler, or taking the H60 from my FX-8320 and strapping it to the GPU, zip-tie style
i saw some videos on youtube of a guy doing this, and he went from 81c (same as mine) to 61C on his 580.
has any of you heard of anyone else doing this? i know there's a guy that sells custom brackets, but i dont think he'd ship to brazil.

and as a side note, because i'll be giving the H60 to my GPU, i thought i'd buy an H100i for my 8320 and see what i kind of OC i can have on it, but should i even? what kind of performance would i get from going from the 3.5GHz stock to... say... a simple 4.0GHz multiplier change?

Solution
too much blowing in, not enough out. the h60 i would have blowing out and maybe the side fans. you're in brazil, can't imagine it's cold there like me up in canada. lol. don't push any more warm air into the case.

There may be nothing wrong with the card, just the environment it is in. Let's see some pictures of the case. Could be that the GPU fan is fighting the case fans.

They actually do make closed loop kits for GPUs that would be cheaper then buying an h100i. And yes, temperature drops can be quite impressive with them. GPUs have a huge surface area and match up well to the footprint of the AIO coolers.

I used some rather expensive Arctic Accelero Hybrid coolers on my pair of GTX580s. Couldn't find any water blocks in stock so had to improvise and I am quite happy. Kind of ugly on the inside of the case, but it made my dual triple slots happy. Click the link for hilarity.

there is nothing wrong with it, it runs at it's rated clock just fine, i just want to overclock it a bit, i dont think there's any fan problems, lemme take a picture of the outside...

kinda hard to see it clearly, since there are 2 intake fans right on the outside of the GPU.

but yeah, things i can find here in brazil are a bit limited, i tried looking for that Arctic Accelero Hybrid, but all i could find was the non-watercool version, which could work too i guess, but it's a bit ugly, and i figured if the H60 works just as well, i could get an h100i on the CPU and overclock and see if i get even more performance.

if there's any other brands like the Arctic Accelero Hybrid that you know of i might be able to find them, but i doubt it =P
