It's compatible but you need more than a 180 watt psu.

A quality 400 watt psu would do the job for that card.

So i'd have to buy another psu then just get someone to come install them?

You could install it yourself, it's super easy.

Oh, one thing to check. Is your psu a long slender psu (not a box) and have you checked to see if your 7870 can even fit in the case. Some user's with your same pc said they had to change the case and psu to fit in a better gpu.

Yeah, I'd recommend getting the new case/psu and have someone put it together for you.

So i just need to find a compatible psu and case now. So much hassle. Any suggestions for improvements? Don't want to buy a psu and it wont even be compatible.

Best bet is a low profile gpu.

I found this on amazon it's a case the comes with a 450W Psu. Could that fit the Lenovos specs and the Sapphies HD 7870?
