I'm willing to upgrade my pc (who has an amd radeon hd 5670, a 400w power supply and 12gb on ram memory(the rest: my proccessor, and motherboard will go to the trash)) with an I7-3770K (or a amd prossecor with the same capabilities) and a geforce GTX 780 or 680.But now is my question wich motherboard will i have to take? And I don't really know but is a 400W powersupply still enough for this upgrade ? and for cooling, any sugestions ?

many thanks already !

No 400w is not enough.

System + GTX 780 can take 340w so better take bigger. Like good 550-650w psu.
Here is one good for you.
This is 750w but it is good if do SLI or some other upgrades later.
