Hi , I've changed my cat 5 cable into a new one , it was connected from one router into another , and it was working fine , but when i changed the cable , my laptop see's the signal if i connect it directly to it , but if i connect it to the router it doesn't see it !!!!!

Any Idea's guys ?

All i can think of is that the router is poor at picking up the signal or maybe getting old, can you swap the routers around or put the first router direct to a modem with the long cable to see if the other can pick the signal from that longer cable.

I changed the cable because i moved the first router from its place so i needed more length , it used to be 30 m long , now its about 40 m , and i used the old one again and it stills work fine , but with the new one i cant get a signal into the second router but if i connect it directly to the laptop it works fine
