I currently have a Lenovo H330 and i recently purchased the Sapphire HD 7870 graphics card. The graphics card is fine but the case is to small and the psu isn't good enough.

Now looking about on the internet i found this computer case that comes with a 850w SATA Power Supply. http://www.amazon.co.uk/BLACK-COMPUTER-DESKTOP-GAMING-S...

Could i use this case and psu and add the motherboard of the Lenovo and add the sapphire HD 7870. Im not that great when it comes to computers so i though i'd try my luck here.

that psu will be awful and I would not risk your nice new components with it. However all should fit without issue.

what is you budget, and what are the rest of your components, it would be possible to get a good psu and a crappy case for the £65 noted in the link. And that would be the preferred split, getting a good case and a crappy PSU would be a bad idea, a bad case can't kill your components, a bad PSU can.

The money isn't a problem so i'm mainly using amazon under the search of "Desktop with psu" Basically everything is just from the Lenovo H330 and i bought the graphics card today but the psu isn't good and the case is to small. That's all i really need to replace. Budget wise i should be ok.

ok, buy a case and psu separately, they will fit, get a good quality 600W psu (its a little bigger than you need but it'll run cooler and age better) and pick the case you actually want.
something from Tier 1 - 2 would be good. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/tomshard...
scan.co.uk, ebuyer.com. aria.co.uk all good places to shop

Not to worry. I've got a case and a psu ordered and i've found someone to help move the parts to the new case. :)
