I was wondering if I should get an SSD or an I7-4770 for my new PC. if I buy a SSD my CPU would be a I5-4670 and I will be mostly gaming. The rest of my PC are:

Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty H87 Performance
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600MHz Module (1x 8GB), Black Vengeance Heatspreader
PSU: GIGABYTE GREENMAX PLUS Series 650W Power Supply - 80Plus Bronze Certified
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 OC version
HDD: 1.5TB Sata 2 (ST31500341AS) 7200RPM
Chassis: Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2 Ghost White

You won't need an i7 for gaming. You'll do fine with just the i5, and every gaming build should have a SSD, but that's just my preference.

I agree with Enemy1g, an i5-4670 will do everything you want it to without fuss. An i7 is overkill.

Thanks for the answers but I think that I would go for a I7 4770 because the only reason is that I will be using this PC for 4 Years and the i7 may not make any difference now but I think that it would make a difference in about 2 years time. I also feel that a SSD would get less expensive over time and I will maybe be able to upgrade my full hard drive to an SSD. What I mean is that I think a I 7 would give me better performance in 2016 than an SSD

I personally don't think that in 2 to 4 years that i7 over that i5 will make a difference still. That i5 should still be plenty capable for the next 8 or so years. And in 4 years there will be a whole new generation of processors out anyway.
