I don't want to buy a monitor, to save some money; then put more money into the specs.
Does it matter what PC I have/build? I will be looking to build my own, would this change your answer?

What inputs does your TV have?

Get a PC, with or without a dedicated GPU, with those same outputs.
Generally, HDMI. And a long enough HDMI cable.

How do I check what input my TV has?
Just encase: When I play xbox, I plug in the following:
- 3 wires: Green, blue and red
- 3 wires: Red, white and yellow

Not sure if that's any help at all, but may as well.

The specs page here list the ports on the back:
http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Products/TX-L32U3...

It has 2 HDMI input ports. Get a PC with video card with an HDMI output (most of them).

And yes, it is supposedly a pretty good TV.
