i5 4670k vs i5 4670

I'm going to be purchasing one of these CPUs for my next build, and I just wanted to check that these two processors perform the same at stock speed. I'm not going to over-clocking and could save £15 by getting the locked CPU.

Is there any difference between the two, apart from the fact that the 'k' is unlocked?
