yes absolutely it'll work. 430 is is enough PSU for a GTX 650ti boost. also, Boost edition is more powerful in terms of performance as compared to gtx 650ti. So i would say it's good and will work like a charm :)

yes I just got that CX430 and I hear the Galaxy GeForce GTX 640 GC 1gb look good to and got good deal on it.I read one of the post and said this will work with a 350 is that true?

And I thought the driver are more stable then radeon. If I like this gcard I will upgrade to a ti boost 2gb latter on.

It's actually GT 640 not the GTX. There's no comparision between gtx 650ti boost and gt640. 650ti would be three times more powerful gpu as compared to 640 so keep that thing in mind. Also, as far the latest AAA titles concerned they recommend powerful graphics card to run. With gt 640 you'll be limited to medium/low mixture of setting on a 720p resolution or even smaller res. but if you go with 650 ti boost you'll see a dramatic increase in fps as well as in the picture quality of modern games as you would be able to crank the setting upto high at 720p or even at 1680x1050. Anti aliasing is not a better option for cards if this level it's for high end giants so put it off. Anyways yes 350 watts is sufficient with 640 and it's totally upto you to choose any card. All i can do is to give you a review, a perspective or an advice that may help you to choose the best one.

GTX 650ti boost will be 15% more faster in terms of performance. GTX 650 is also a better option and you can upgrade to better one in future. Also, you're gonna use a 27 inch monitor and i would recommend going for a 2GB version as 1 GB you'll run out of pixels some time. 2GB would be sufficient enough but if you want to stick with 1 GB then that's fine also, all you have to do is keep texture quality medium in some games.
