Do you have 'ActiveX Filtering' enabled in explorer? It shouldn't be.
Do you have the FlashPlayer accelerator disabled?
Do you have a Flash Player icon in your control panel?

I disabled Active X filtering earlier, but it didn't help. The Flash Player icon in control panel is blank-again. I'm not sure what the Flashplayer accelerator is or how to know if disabled. I should also mention that when I had Firefox, I had no problems with Flashplayer, only in IE, which I prefer.
