I've been trying for days! to get my broadcom bcm4312 (low power) to work. Is all that advice stuff I can do without an internet connection? (which is the reason I'm here in the first place)
I installed Linux mint 12 on my laptop and for the first two days it said "Firmware Missing" I guess I finally (hopefully) got that right because it no longer says that but for the past 3 days it just keeps trying to connect, with no luck. Also, there is a littl "lock" symbol whenever I try to configure and connect, but the switch is on (it doesn't say off ?) I checked the bios and it says everything is available?
