Solution
Ok, in your BIOS settings somewhere, don't ask me where, there should be a setting for graphics that lets you select IGP or some other 3 letter abbreviation. IGP is the integrated GPU, and you want to make sure that's disabled. Standby for more.

These sound like stupid questions, but just answer them for my sake:

-All seated fully and properly?
-All power plugged in (and the PSU model and wattage please)
-have you swapped the cards around
-Are there any physical deformities on any card?
-Are they right next to each other
-Motherboard model and bios revision

I'm sure I'll think of some more.

I'm thinking, and you may have to give me until tomorrow, SLI is tricky, especially 3 way SLI, I would recommend calling nvidia, they might have more suggestions that I'm blanking on right now. I'll keep you informed.
