I am trying to open my NAT in Black ops 2, I know how, but I just can't find a way to keep that damn PID the same each time I open it, so the TCP change each time I open it...

The PID is a Process ID. There is no way to change that as the OS will assign it a PID every time it's started. The PID has no effect on what TCP port is used by the application. The application controls which ports it is using.

Black Ops shouldn't be changing ports. It may have a range of ports it runs on, but it shouldn't be changing.

These are the ports you need to forward. You didn't say which platform you are playing on.
