PLS HELP, My pc restarts as I run a game, I JUST bought ino3d gtx 650(nvidia)

This problem never happened with me before. i just purchased gtx 650. initially my pc wud restart right at the welcome screen. now it restarts wen i run the game. i reinstalled windows downloaded latest nvidia sofwares nothing workin.

My system :
I3 2100 cpu 3.10 GHZ
4gb ram
my old hard drive stopped workin so right now i have 2 80gb hard drives connect
I have 32 bit windows 7 ultimate installed.
I have a 500 watt psu

i launched fifa 13, right before starting the match it showed so DARK graphics, no brightness and pc restarts right there!!
PLEASE HELP

I am pretty sure it's overheating, check the temps.

Ok so i tried another game, it runs at first but before i can start playing, pc restarts, so its not fifa 13 with the prob. the point i noticed is tht at the exact time wen my pc restarts, the fan of my graphic card makes noice, its fan rotates much more quicker and it produces noise, at that very time, and after estart back to normal. Any help :( wat is this problem

It was :) card had an issue too. i got radeon 7770 instead :D
