I just got a new keyboard for my PC. I turned on my computer, and it didn't work. It's getting power because the backlighting work, and I can switch it on and off with the keys on the board. I've tried updating the drivers, but nothing worked. It detects my mouse and wifi adapter just find and they are plugged in to the same set of USB ports. I've also tried plugging it in the the front panel of my case.
Keyboard gets power, doesn't work.
