Hi
I am currently using a MSI Twin Forzr II 1GB R5850 Card. I upgraded my system memory with Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3 1600 MHZ. but my system is showing only 742MB Approx total memory when i run DirectX Diagnostic Tool. ican't figure out the problem, and the monitor black out when i play games. Please Help me and i don't want my GPU to get spoiled.

A discrete video card isn't supposed to share memory. It uses its own.

But It is not even showing Full 1GB of GPU memory, just 700+MB.

VRAM is not considered a part of system memory. It sounds like you have a couple of bad VRAM chips on your card.
