Would it be possible to port Android to the Sony Dash? If so could you please explain to me how this could be done.

I'm not sure that would be possible. Android usually runs on ARM or X86 processors and this has a MIPS processor and low flash memory. You may be able to run an older version of android assuming that the bootloader on this device is unlocked (AKA you can change the OS, or firmware, that is already installed on the device) and Sony shares the source code for it's kernel (gotta do some research!)
