So due to the price drop, I am getting a 780. Not sure which one, most likely a reference card because I dont over clock at all. Stock coolers for everything and all that. I have an AMD Phenom ii x4 965 black edition processor running a 3.4 GHz. I am STAYING with AMD, please dont say go intel. I have an AM3+ mobo, and I would like to know that if my CPU cant keep up with the GPU I intend on getting, which CPU should I get that would be perfect for non over clockers and run my GPU well! Thanks guys.

Should be fine, and since you're not overclocking at the moment, you have that option available to you. A better cooler, and a couple hours of studying and you'll be able to unlock your processors full potential. I would explore that avenue first, before opting to purchase an entirely new processor.
