When powering on computer, It shuts down half a second later.

The title basically says it all, I'm currently building a new computer and when I turn it on, the fans start and then about half a second later, the whole system shuts down.

Also, nothing shows up on the screen when I turn on the computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Western Digital WD Green 1TB HDD
Corsair GS-700 V2 Power Supply
Noctua NH-U9B SE2 CPU Fan
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC Edition 4GB Splinter Cell GPU

Hi, It's most probably related to a short.
Try testing the board outside the case. Check for extra standoffs that might short the board or if the CPU fan backplate (if any) is properly installed.
