1.2mbps download speed

So i am going to buy a 1.2 mbps internet connection ... well it will be 1.2 mbps in 7pm to 1 pm (18 hours) and 1 pm to 7 pm (6 hours) will be 704kbps so what will be the download speed of it?

Pretty slow for broadband. Internet browsing will be somewhat fast. Watching videos or downloading large files will take forever. A 10GB game? Probably over 20 hours to download.

8 bits make a byte... so you'll get a download speed of 1200/8= 150kBps.... (kilobytes per second) between 7pm to 1pm
and 88kBps between 1pm to 7pm

Please can I get 1 mbps by speed 1024 kb ? I mean not share mbps really mbps its 1024 kb per sencond its true ?
