I am almost 100 % sure I got bad drivers which cause horrible microstutters. Do you know what is the best driver for radeon HD 7750. When I reinstall Windows XP 64 I have nice, clean and smooth mouse but after driver install its like its blurred and it skipps.
E5200 @ 2.5 GHz
Asrock G41M-GS3
AMD RADEON HD 7750 OC, 1GB DDR5
4 GB DDR 3
