There is a ASUS version also which got the same rating as gigabyte. So i will say get whichever is cheaper there is not a big difference between them, they are all reliable manufacturers

About new graphics cards R9 280x better then GTX 760 ?
I mean its worth to get R9 280x in stead of GTX 760 if i wanna graphic card for new games like BF4 and Cod ghosts and new games with best FPS at ultra 1080*1920, Also which one will be better for next years like 3-5

Yes 280x is a great value if u can afford $300. 280x will be 15% faster than 760 so will last a bit longer.

Yes that is a very good psu, it can easily support 280x. Ur system will pull 360 watts under full load
