Physics score are related to both, your CPU and GPU. There will be a GPU and CPU stress test, and a CPU stress test. Try running it again, and see if the problem still persists.

Is everything closed in the background that might be drawing some CPU usage? Reboot your PC and close everything possible, and then try again.

both are single memory, and the 2GB is 1333 and the 4GB 1600. how am i able to change the 64-bit to 128-bit for mem? yea i always OC my cpu, but now im trying to run it in stock to test 3dmark11. but it's different from my latest score and previous in physics.
