Need help : Slow start up ...

Hi , i am a student ,few months back i bought my first laptop as college require one, I chance upon Samsung laptop and give it a try, but it leads to my disappointment. I experience slow start up and some lagness. i had installed some games like battefield 3 ,GTA and Cs.
My Laptop specs is as followed :
Samsung
INtel(R) Core(TM) i7-3635QM
CPU@2.40GHz
8GB Ram
64Bit Operating system
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Some solution that i tried , go to msconfig ,under startup i already disable quite a few, but prob persist...
Could forumers please help me solve this prob, million thanks :)

in terms of "lag", it is to be expected for such a weak gpu (intel HD 4000 isn't exactly a gaming component). in your startup problems however, i suggest installing "Ccleaner". de-crap your pc using the cleaner and run the registry cleaner just to be sure. hope it helps.
