Do I need to manually uninstall/use Driversweeper before installing new drivers?

Hello,
I am using Nvidia 670GTX. With the latest driver and using GeForce Experience to auto download my drivers and use express/custom install.

What keeps bothering me is simple: do I need to manually uninstall all Nvidia drivers&software AND/OR use softwares like DRIVERSWEEPER to deeply remove driver leftovers - every time there is a new driver update???

Or should I simply download the latest using Experience? (since it seems to me that Experience is uninstalling all Nvidia software anyway before downloading and installing the latest drivers.

Thanks, just tell me, are there any big/significant tweak to be made with windows 8.1??
I play AC3, and it is downright heavy, even with my Asus DC2T GTX670 gpu, 16 gb of DDR3 ram, and i5-3570k oc'd to 4.4 GHz.

With the steam demo version of 3dmark 11 - I get 9230 - is that even considered a good score?? says it is better than 63%.
