Need base system device drivers for Dell XPS M1710

This problem came up after I replaced my laptop's charger. I wound up re-installing Win7 and now, it will boot to Win7 normal, but this 'yellow' message is in Device Manager/Other Devices.

In the link posted by Idewitt, you want to download "Intel Mobile Chipset, v.7.2.2.1006, A09", which is under "Chipset", as well as "nVidia GeForce GO 7950 GTX, v.174.31 XP, A04", which is under "Video". The yellow icons should disappear.

Opps! The yellow is: Other Devices/Base System Device/Type: Other/Manuf: Unknown/Location: PCI bus 3, device 1, function 3.

I didn't know that the 'title' of my thread would not show up, but that's where I put that info:

Dell XPS M1710
