So following some sound advice from the tom's Hardware community (Big thanks to Novuake) I have now finished my build, albeit "slightly" differently than originally advised (Mainly in that I wanted a quieter case with a less prominent appearance and I just couldn't bring myself to give up on having a 4770k!).

Now I'm facing a tough one, which GPU do I get? I have just had a new 1080p Asus monitor which I love and I want to get the best out of it. But as you can imagine from the parts list below, I've parted with a good chunk of savings here and the Wife won't be thrilled if I follow that up with a £1000 on a GPU! With that in mind, I don't really want to spend more than £300, ideally less, but I do want to be gaming in 1080p on the max settings, can I achieve this?! I hope someone out there can advise!

For information, here is the rest of my build below.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 Vengeance Performance, PC3-14900 (1866mhz)
Storage: Samsung 840 Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk (Technically not installed yet, I have my old OCZ Vertex in until this arrives)
Case: Fractal Design R4
Power Supply: Fractal Design Newton 600W 80 Plus Platinum Modular PSU

Thanks all!
