I'm looking for a very quiet cooler. It will be going on a mildly overclocked A10-6800K. The NH-DH would be nice but its too expensive for a cheap build. I want to spend as little as possible and certainly not over £40. What would you suggest?
I'd value the silence over the ability to overclock if I had to choose.
