Molex feels loose

I'm trying to connect my fan controller to psu,

When I plug in the molex it doesnt take much at all to pull it out,

yet ive pushed it in hard are they meant to be relativly lose or click in or what?

Just check to see if it's powering it, I personally hate molex connectors they are always either too loose or stuck. I have one that i have to use a screw driver to force one of the connections in because it's all messed up, this should go to show you there is no need to be gentle with those suckers.
