My Windows XP no longer functions on my Dell Latitude D620. I get a window stating. "Windows failed to start. To Fix the problem: 1) insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer. 2) Choose your language settings & then click 'next.' 3) click 'repair your computer. If you do not have this disc, contact your system adminstrator or computer mnufacture for assistance." How can a get Windows XP reinstalled on my D620 without the Windows installation disk?

You use "Factory Restore". If your laptop has a factory recovery partition on the hard drive, this method should work:

If that method doesn't work there is probably no factory recovery partition on the hard drive so you will need to contact Dell and ask them to send you a recovery disc.
