I have a £900 budget on a Gaming PC, I have everything out of the way apart from the graphics card (I've sorted the CPU (i5 4670k), hard drive, motherboard and power supply etc.

Can you tell me which is best out the three options below?

1) GTX 770 + 128GB EVO SSD
2) R9 280X + 128GB EVO SSD
3) 2x GTX 760 SLI

Also wondering if the SSD is really worth having in my build. I also hear that having 1 high-end card is better than having 2 mid-range cards, but I'm wondering if the performance is worth the "problems" with SLI configurations.

Thank you

They are all good options but really what do you need or want. SSD will shorten boot time and load times. There is nothing that either the 770 or 280X cant handle on a single 1080P monitor. If you want max GPU power the GTX760 SLI option is it, not many issues with SLI.

Maybe the SSD isn't compulsory and I don't mind waiting for the boot up, considering this is SLI and not Crossfire, it seems safe to go with the 2 760's. Noise and power consumption aren't a problem.
