What's your budget? do you need case, power supply, operating system, hard drive?

Currently that CPU/GPU combo can run those titles, but not at higher specs. With more information we can help you out to get a more optimized build.

My budget is 460USD It include CPU,GPU,Ram,PSU,Mobo. I have normal 7200 rpm 500gb hdd, cabinet and Dvd burner. I will buy a SSD and 8gb ram after sometime when I will have money.
what do you think what can be best build under thus budget.
