which one is better and more efficient?
Budget - $1000-$1300
Gaming usage - BF4 and other incoming games
Without the monitor, keyboard, mouse

I really can't decide i5 or i7.. and are i7 and gtx770 worth it? I've been hearing 280x beats out 770's and etc. Can't decide!!
If I was terribly off with building the rig feel free to build a new one with my budget
I'd be glad to take advice =]

i5 is enough, but i7 fits in budget ... for me not worth it.
thermaltake extreme 240 rad only 60$
xfx 750w gold, fully modular, only 90$
fractal r4/w only 80$
g-skill sniper 2x4gb memory only 60$ (have it myself, no problems)
