I have set my static IP up and I have forwarded my port to 25565. It has worked at another location using Verizon but at my current location the ports do not seem to open. I have dealt with opening ports before. I have opened them on Verizon routers. I make my IP static, it works. I make sure to forward the port number from that IP and most of the time it works. I check port checkers online and no ports seem to be open anywhere. How is causing the problem?

Need a screen shot of your full fowarding options from your router. Your FIOS router looks a little different than mine.

Also did you open the port on the Windows Firewall of the PC?

Why do the network computer for all the others have the port number after the PC name? This might be the reason why. Not sure why it shows that. Mine doesn't. Try changing the IP address with the port number like the others.

I tried to add the port at the end like "192.168.1.10:25565" But it stops me with a character limit.

Yes I have, I set a rule to TCP and UDP 25565 to allow a Connection Outbound and Inbound.
