Heya guys....this is my first upgrade to my FTB PC, I was wondering what is the best way to get rid of existing AMD drivers and switching over to Nvidia drivers without messing up my computer.......last time I uninstalled my graphics card drivers it ended up wiping my USB drivers and I couldn't use my mouse or keyboard.....anyone with prior experience in this?

uninstall the catalyst drivers, shut down the PC. Install the new card, boot it up. Install the new driver suite. I just did this going nvidia to AMD, and then back again to nvidia (testing old cards before selling them) and had no issues.

Use the real uninstaller, not Revo or any third party "super driver wiper" thing, and I've had no issues.

Thanks for the reply....my only question is that I did this previously with the CCC uninstaller and it wiped my usb drivers, I couldn't use the mouse or keyboard....what did you do to avoid this?
