Bf4 random CPU spikes

So I bought bf4 yesterday when it went live and I turned on peroverlay.drawgraph and noticed that my CPU spikes so randomly which ruins gameplay. CPU doesn't necessarily spike when a lot of stuff happen on the screen, it just happens at very random times. My fps is acceptable and mostly stays at 75fps plus with exception of these stupid CPU spikes. What do I do? I'm running the game on ultra settings, but these spikes still happen even if I reduce graphics. I noticed that a bunch of people on Twitch.com don't seem to be having this problem at all. Wtf is going on? What should I do?

I7 3770k @ 4.2
Msi twin for ear gtx 680 2gb scCorsair vengeance 8gb ram
Corsair tx850w psu
Msi z77agd65 mobo

If it's just for you then there might be something in the background that is butting in at annoying times to hog your cpu.

Antivirus would be my first place to look, followed by windows update

I already used game booster and disabled all apps that I can possibly disable

I also forgot to mention that BF4 usues only about 40% of my cpu and I do not see any spikes in cpu usage when I experiance the cpu spike in game.

What OS do you have followed by do you have all the latest drivers/updates for your system/hardware?

I use Windows 7 64 bit and I am currently using 331.65 nvidia driver, which is the latest drive. I've disabled core parking, but It really didn't change much.

I discovered that if I don't use game booster, the spikes happen less often and core unparking I guess helped a little. Spikes still do happen though... Not sure why game booster was giving it trouble. I thought game booster is, well , a game booster lol

Norton antivirus is supposed to be an antivirus program. It mostly just sits there and drains resources at bad times

I had the same problems on my i7 930, wierd CPU-spikes which induced FPS-drops. What solved it for me was disabling HT in bios if you haven't tried that already.

I have had this problem with BF4 from day 1,tried all the tweaks,i beleive it is the game,it seems to only happen on my system when im playin multiplayer,the campaign and test range are smooth,but on the servers it runs like rubbish,i even tried a refund and EA refused,has to be done within 24hours of purchase,lol...your system is probably fine,the game is unfinished
