Intel compiled a list here.

There are some pretty old games there but some newish.

Skyrim appears to be playable and it doesn't look too bad. Not a shooter but good open world fun.

Fallout 3 should work fine. The list also contained CS:Global Offensive.

I don't know. This person has same specs as you but less RAM and seems to be playing Call of Duty Black Ops 2 very well. The software used to record lowers frame rate.

The original Crysis seemed to play alright on a similar system. Still holds up well today.

Far Cry 2 appears playable.

Get the newest graphics drivers possible.

I don't think Battlefield 3 is very playable.
For racing look into TrackMania 2 and Dirt 3.

I personally feel that anything at or above 30 fps is pretty playable but expect pretty ugly graphics since most likely the hd 4000 is only capable of low to medium settings.
Hope this helps.
