go with an intel i5 if you can, i plan to switch out my fx 6300 (overclocked to 4.6 right now) for an i5. It is obvious that the fx 6300 struggles when games aren't properly optimized for multi-core rendering, since its single threaded performance is lacking.. I usually lose frames when on a 64 player server simply because the cpu is being maxed out, my gpu on the other hand is running at around 84% (bf3)
I dont know much about the gpu you selected so i cant really say what performance to expect out of that.

Its just a slightly higher clocked fx 6300 as far as i know. with that chip i still recommend upgrading to an i5 if possible.

If you can get a much better deal on the fx 6300 or 6350 go with that, it's good for gaming. I think there's only a difference of a few frames per second between that and the i5, not really noticeable. I played BF3 a lot with an AMD fx 6100, which isn't as powerful as the 6300 and the game usually stayed above 50fps with a radeon 7850.

Here is a straight forward answer, I did a build with an amd R9 270x MSI gaming and am AMD FX-6300 and it play s BF4 on ULTRA just fine with 38-60+, with an amd-fx 6350 which you have, you're good to go!
