Most fans are black without leds. Just saw that the thermaltake v4 comes with a blue led fan...
A good fan setup is 1 fan (2 would be better) in the front and 1 in the rear, so you would need to buy atleast 1 fan.
Problem is the price: I got 4 fans in my case and they cost me around 65€, that's a little above 200real, BUT my PC is silent (its on my desk and I'm sitting next to it) and cool. This doesn't mean all fans are expensive eg. Arctic f12 has a good price-performance ratio.
Even the worst/cheapest fan will create some sort of airflow, but pricier fans can be silenter or deliver more airflow or even both...

Think I would need to know the motherboard or if you know if it has a pci-e slot.

Also, is this your computer or is it your employers computer? If its not yours, you might not want to consider adding a card without permission.... unless you hate your job then your call man :)

You haven't mentioned your what processor you have, please state. An i3 or better should be good enough.

Intel HD is not a separate graphics card, it's built into the processor and cannot be replaced, but it can be disabled when you install a discrete graphics card. The answer to the original question is yes. If you install a dedicated graphics card you can make this into a games pc.

Processor is more than capable enough.

An ECS motherboard
http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=1228&MenuID=103&LanID=0

Assuming that is your motherboard then it's looking good so far as it has a slot big enough for a graphics card (x16 PCIe slot)

There are other things to consider before pushing on though.
1). What graphics card are you aiming for?
2). What power supply do you currently have? If the power supply is too weak your pc won't run when the card is installed.
3). What case do you have? The point being, is your case big enough for the card.

Brazil is freakin expensive! Cx500m is a <70$ PSU, they want twice as much... Cx500m is in brazil more expensive than my seasonic x650 on newegg. You budget would be around 140$ in the US

That motherboard is mATX, the PSU is atx.

In general you screw in fans at mounting points in your case and then they either pull fresh air into the case or push air out.
Usually you pull in air in the front (and in the bottom if possible) and use back and top at exhaust.

Coolers/heatsink are mounted onto the CPU and usually use heatpipes to pull away the heat from the cpu and dissipate the heat.
Then the fans will pull out the warm air. That's pretty much it (on a basic level) :D

Thnks a lot , I saw a picture that was explaining how to put the fans in the right place , this link in the midlle of yhe page http://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-525760124-gabinete-thermaltake-v4-black-edition-_JM .São Paulo in the Summer is hot , like 33 Celsius( don´t know in Fahenreight ) and the cas will stay in a small place,Thinking in this one : http://www.kabum.com.br/produto/26577/thermaltake-cooler-fan-120mm-duramax-af0060 well , I will spend like 60 US dplar but the temperature will be nicve and the components will be safely.

I had a overheating whit a " click" and screen went blue then my PC restart and now I would like to know if I´m thinking rigth. If it´s possible.
I still whit yhis
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i5 @ 2.90GHz Sandy Bridge 32nm
MOBO: H61H2-M2
RAM 6 MB DDR3
Ghapics : Sansung SyncMaster whit Intel Graphics 2000 ( but alredy bought the GTX 650 TI 2G
HD: 699 GB Seagate ST3750640NS (SATA)
Optic Drive  ptiarc DVD RW AD-7260S
Sound: VIA High Definition Audio
AND INTEL GRAPHICS 2000.

I´ve already bought a Corsair 5000 Wts , a Termaltake V4 and a Zotac GTX 650TI 2G ,
will just use the Intel I5 and MOBO , HD and Optic card in new case , my questuion is: is possible that the overheating comes cause of mine Intel Graphics?I was playng Far Cry 3. There´s a chace that Intel Graphics forced too much my Core I5 and I had the overheating? There´s a chane that when I make my " new PC" whit GTX the CPU and chip ( Core I5) goes well again?

Thanks in advance ans sorry about this crappy english.

I know it will be no longer used the Intel Grphics, I already have all the parts purchased here at home (500Wts Corsair, Thermaltake V4 and Zotac GTX 650 TI) but have not ridden the new PC, I can not find a technician of trust and I'm afraid to do myself. I´m having overheating in Core I5, could be because the Intel Graphics since he is co chip in? I mean, the GPU is weak and this makes the chip overheats, Is It Possible?

Thank you and my wish of a fantastic Christmas, God bless us all.
