Is this power supply compatible with my motherboard?

Would this power supply (http://www.maplin.co.uk/corsair-cx750m-750w-atx-80-bronze-pc-power-supply-686060) be compatible with my motherboard which is a ASUS P8Z68-VLE?

Also, would that provide enough power for my system.
Intel i5 processer 3ghz
NVIDIA GTX 560ti
16GB of ram

Also, how exactly would I swap them out?

every ATX power supply is "compatible" as long as it has sufficient number of connectors
and enough power to run your system safely...

when it comes to power supply you should take a look at its electrical performance
( low ripple and noise , good efficiency ) ,
solid internal build quality (japanese caps , quiet fan ... ) and strong 12V rail...

I have no idea how many connecters etc. my motherboard needs, do you think that PSU will have enough?
