No POST Beep help!

I just replaced my motherboard and installed a new SSD and was wondering why there is no beep and there is also no display but all the fans are running.

Installed a new ASUS M5A97 R2.0

CPU: AMD FX-8150
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700
SSD: Samsung 120GB Evo
PSU: LS Ultra 600
RAM: Kingston KHX1600c9d3/4g

This happened to me with my ASUS Z87-A and it turns out the MB was dead.

however there is a troubleshooting article here somewhere, you could try find it.

Check the RAM and see if that is the problem, try putting 1 in and moving the slots ect and that PSU brand doesn't sound like a name i would trust (IMO)

Ask a friend if you could use their parts to troubleshoot

I tried to put in my old motherboard and now that seems to be dead also, fans run a various speeds and no beep or display

Yeah that was exactly my situation. fans run and no signal to the monitor.

First off i would highly recommend you get a new PSU from known brands (XFX/Seasonic/Corsair/Rosewell ect ect)
then find the troubleshooting article here somewhere to find out what exactly has caused it.

Try clearing the CMOS. I heard that might help however that didnt for me (but everyone is different)

If all else fails, RMA
