help needed to access computer

Comcast server. windows vista.
tried to sign in to computer.
it says user profile cant load
any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

What do you mean by "comcast server"? Comcast is a cable company, are you just trying to get into your home computer?

If the profile is corrupt, you have to log on to another profile and create a new one to use. You should be able to copy the files off the bad profile after that. Most computers have an Administrator account setup on them, try logging in under that name, with a blank password. If that does not work, contact the PC vendor and see what account they use.
