GPU Throttling Help

Not sure what my GPU is doing.

I was putting pressure on my Nvidia GT 620M cause I wanted to see how hot it would get. So I ran MSI Konbustor. Resulted in the program telling me its throttling -462Mhz.

MSI Afterburner, monitoring in the background, reports its running at 625Mhz.

I cannot tell if its throttling.

If it is, would it be because the heat? It is passively cooled more than anything. It heats up, till the heat gets too much in the air around it, and then is conducted into the copper pipe on the CPU and the CPU van kicks up and cools it down pretty quick. It gets to about 75C before this and then it had cooled down to 70C in a matter of seconds then I ended the stress test. But it was saying it was throttling all along.

It also is on a 64bit bus, wondering if that might be causing the memory to bottleneck it and cause the slow down.

Solution
I see no problems here.

It's getting to a temperature that makes sense for a laptop, and your cooling system works.

I see no evidence of "throttling"; if that was an issue it would be running cooler.

That's not necessarily throttling. If you have V-Sync on or some sort of frame limiter, then a graphics card will only work as hard as it needs to to reach its frame cap, or as hard as whatever else may be bottlenecking it. 75 degrees is around what I get on my GTX 770 when I really game.
