Boot drive or storage?

I need some advice!
I have an old seagate 7200.9 120gb HDD (completely clean, formatted)
And I have a WD caviar green 2TB.

I was wondering, would it be a good Idea to use the sea gate as a boot drive rather than the WD, or should I just get rid of it and use the WD drive as boot and storage?

Thanks

-Toby

Depending on how quick you want the PC to be, use the Seagate as boot, WD for storage and then later on upgrade the boot drive to an SSD, not then having to partition the WD for both and losing storage space.

Okay thanks for the feedback, I will do what you say, and I am planning on buying an SSD in the future ;)
