Nope.
What you have is a i7 4770K with a LAG 1150 Socket. And you motherboard is Socket FM2+ for AMD APUs.
Next, unless you are planning to overclock you should get the i7 4770 (no K) because all the K is, is a signature that the CPU has an unlocked frequency.
Next, if you are planning to overclock you will need a fairly good motherboard. Anything that says Z87 is good.
Next, your PSU is slightly under powered. I would get a 650W without Overclocks and a 700W with Overclocks. Remember 80+ is important.

May I ask what this rig is for?

Ok, then besides what I said, you should probably get a 4670(k if you want to OC) and spend the savings on a mechanical keyboard and a better mouse like the G600

Extremely good. I personally love it. Nice colours too. Anyway, looks like I solved your problem, also if you want to get an Overclock get an aftermarket heatsink.
For light OCs (4-4.2GHz) Hyper 212 Evo
Medium Overclocks (4.3-5Ghz) Noctua NH-U14s
High Overclocks (5Ghz+) Corsair H100i

I have a 120GB SSD and I wish I had more. 250GB is perfect. Plenty of space for the OS and and easy 100GB of Games
