A new cpu for a relatively low budget

I currently have a AMD Phenom II X6 1045T and I'm looking for an upgrade for less than 250
a couple of cpu's I found but I need opinions on are:

ive been trying to find out my motherboard so i know if it will work any ideas on figuring out my motherboard i tried aida32 and system information

which intel the one i linked or is there a better one for the price sorry if im annoying lol dont know crap about cpu im pretty knowledgeable about gpu but not cpu

mostly gaming occasional recording but i like to have like 10 tabs open at a time and my current cpu can barely handle it lol i never crashed but i also want to get more into youtube/twitch but this one makes recording and gaming a pain i also stream Netflix alot but thats not really a big cpu hog

i have a M4A88-T asus motherboard not sure if it is able to handle the 8350 my power supply is a 750w so that is not an issue ive been slowly upgrading my pc for the last year or so so half the parts are new and half are bout 2 yrs old

well the thing is with that motherboard is i have 3 fans and i like to have two connected to motherboard so it changes speed of fan at higher temps otherwise i guess i could go with all to power supply i believe they are 4 pin but not positive
