Gaming Build 1000 Budget

Looking to building a PC for 1000. Is it possible to SLI with this budget? This build will be used for gaming only and web browsing. I dont need a monitor, mouse, or keyboard. I do need an OS. I'm open to both intel and amd builds hoever I'm leaning more towards AMD due to budget. I'd like to go with a Black and white color sceme as well. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't suggest SLI on that budget. This will be more than enough for 1080p imo.
