Graphics Card upgrade can't figure out my lag problem?

I'm trying to upgrade my computer, the reason is because when I play games like Crysis 3, BattleField 3, and 4 it lags (mainly when i have my 3 displays hooked up 1400x900 each)or when the resolution is to high. I would also like to max out anti-antialiasing for games like skyrim and crysis but i'm having a tad bit of trouble figuring out what to upgrade first. I saw this gpu and thought it would be a good one to crossfire later on.

Are my problems because of my graphics card or is it because of something else?

AMD FX-8350 @4.00GHz | Corsair h100 | Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M1A1600C9 | 8GB
DDR3 1600MHz | cddvdw sh-224bb | AMD Radeon HD 6700 | st500dm002-1bd142 500GB |

Low End GPUs is your problem.
What is your budget?

Actually you would be better off with a R9 270X. Pretty good, handles well. Not outstanding performance but MUCh better than your current rig.

I would go no more than $200.00, 120.00-150.00 would be great for me.
I want to crossfire the graphics card in the future so I don't want to spend alot of money for just one gpu

Nono. The Direct CUII is one of the best Cards out there. Except for any Sapphire card.
I would recommend that you either get a Sapphire 7770 or a Sapphire 270X
