I tried searching for similar thread, found couple of them which didnt help at all.
So the problem is the high CPU usage which i didnt have before, I can't save in Movie Maker program or extract on WinRAR or watch in Youtube or use the Dolphin Emulator and use Chrome, because the CPU usage is 100%, the Sega Genesis emulator using 60% cpu (the minimus is 800 Mhz CPU), please help me.
here are my spec: Intel Pentium Dual Core G630 @ 2.70 GHz
4gb of ram
