Hi my xfx7870 DD run too hot , 99 Degrees on Furmark burn in test after one min, so I was thinking about buying a AM cooler for my gpu. Any recommendation?

Solution
Graphics cards run hot, but they are built to tolerate heat.
My advice is to stick with stock cooling.

Possibly your case does not have good airflow. Take the side covers of and direct a house fan at the innards. If your temperatures are reduced significantly, look at improving your case cooling, or consider a new case.
